Awards
■ Testified numerous times before South Carolina Senate Subcommittee regard pending child custody legislation and helped initiate and coordinate effores between the SC Chapter of AAML, SC Bar Family Law Council, and SC Association for Justice Family Law Section to craft language of this legislation prior to its passing and being signed into law.
■ Published the South Carolina Family Law Blog form 2004 to present, which serves as a resource for attorneys and litigants on substantive, procedural and office management topics. Also published The Mac Lawyer blog, which focuses on legal technology topics and practice efficiency tips. Both of these blogs have been featured in numerous publications and have received several honors and awards.
■ Founded Macs in Law Offices (MILO) legal technology forum in 2007, which is now the largest forum of its kind with well over 4,000 members.
